Internship

To create church pastors, planters, staff members, and missionaries by exposing them to the key areas of church ministry and administration. This will help train those called into ministry with hands on experience and provide an environment for the Lords direction and formation.

Some of the possible outcomes of internship are:
  • Become a lay leader
  • Become a pastor on staff
  • Become a church planter
  • Become a missionary
The qualifications for becoming an intern are:
  1. Must be a regular attendee to the Inland Vineyard Christian Fellowship
  2. Have a sense of calling to full time ministry with pastoral agreement
  3. Have a proven Christian character and disciplined life
Other requirements to participate in the program include:
  • Education: College degree, Bible college, seminary, or VLI
  • Regular and consistent Sunday AM or PM worship participation
  • Consistently balanced and healthy family stewardship at home
  • Quarterly group meeting with Bill Twyman
  • Consistent participation in a small group as a leader (part of the core), or “D-group” leader.
  • Participate and be equipped to teach all 9 Saturday training courses.
